Clamping rings should be used for the lifting platform instead of using hook lifting rings directly. These rings are made of No. 3 boiling steel.
When installing a steel platform, the wire rope must be fastened with a special hook. If other methods are used, no less than 3 clips must be used on the wire rope head. A soft cushion should be added to the steel wire rope around the acute angle of the building, and the outer port of the steel platform should be slightly higher than the inner wire rope.
The left and right sides of the steel platform must be provided with fixed protective railings, foot guards, fences or protective baffles.
For steel platform lifting, it is necessary to wait for beam support to be spot-welded and fixed, and wire ropes to be connected. After adjustment, after inspection, the hook can be released and operated up and down.
Isolation measures must be taken to prevent objects from falling into the upper and lower channels of the steel platform.
The steel racks on both sides should be tightly closed and have anti-fall measures.
When the steel platform is used, the steel wire rope should be inspected for corrosion damage and repair the welds in time.
